The new façade design originates from a careful analysis of Braccialini’s heritage, the existing building, and its strategic visibility from the motorway and surrounding infrastructure. A system of horizontal photocatalytic concrete fins creates a dynamic visual identity, perceived both from a distance and at close range. The white self-cleaning concrete improves air quality while reducing maintenance requirements. The ventilated façade enhances solar protection and energy performance. The main entrance is emphasized through handcrafted oxidized metal cladding and integrated branding, reinforcing wayfinding and architectural presence. The project reflects Braccialini’s values of craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail.
